Warranty Period

This product is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required to validate the warranty.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) must be presented to verify warranty coverage.

Coverage Under Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the sensor unit.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following:

1. Normal wear and tear
2. Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
3. Accidental damage or physical impact
4. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
5. Exposure to extreme environments (e.g., excessive heat, cold, or humidity)
6. Damage caused by the use of non-original accessories or cables
7. Products used for commercial or rental purposes

Items Not Covered by Warranty

The following accessories are not covered under this warranty:

1. Palm Strap
2. Wrist Strap
3. Waist Belt
4. Vest
